Winter season

The Feldberg Tower is closed in winter.
Summer season
The Feldbergbahn is usually closed when the wind speed is around 58 km/h. However, this also depends on the wind direction. However, this is of course also dependent on the wind direction. The cable car also remains closed in the event of technical faults. Therefore, please check the current opening times before your visit:
The Feldbergbahn summer season begins on 1 May 2026.
The Feldbergbahn will be undergoing maintenance from 7 to 30 April.
The Feldbergbahn usually stops operating when wind speeds reach around 58 km/h. However, this also depends on the wind direction, of course. The railway also closes in the event of technical faults. Please check the current opening hours before your visit.
