Booking online pays off! The Feldbergbanen online early bird booking system recalculates the prices of hourly, daily and multi-day tickets every day. Factors such as the season (use off-peak times), the booking date and demand for the respective day play a role here. The following applies: the daily updated online prices are the best prices → book early and benefit! Tickets can be booked conveniently and easily online from home at attractive prices, eliminating the hassle of queuing at the ticket office.
Alternatively, during the winter season, you can buy your ski ticket at the ticket offices and ticket machines in the Feldberg ski area.
A little tip: you can drive directly from the car park to the lift ticket offices at Grafenmatt (exit on level 4). To do this, drive to the ski bridge and cross the road to reach the Grafenmatt ticket office in just a few steps.

There are three options in the online shop:
‘Delivery’: With this option, you book your ticket on a new KeyCard, which is then sent to you by post (delivery time 2-7 working days). The KeyCard offers you the great advantage that you can go straight to the slopes after booking your ticket without having to queue at the pick-up machines or ticket offices. Please take the delivery time into account!
‘Existing Key Card’: Here you use an existing Key Card (the 23-digit ID on the back of the card must begin with 01), if you still have one. The Key Card offers you the great advantage that you can go straight to the slopes after booking your ticket without having to queue at the pick-up machines or ticket offices.
‘Pick up’: After completing your purchase, you will receive a QR code by email. You must then scan this QR code (either printed on paper or on your smartphone) at one of the pick-up machines (Seebuck, Grafenmatt and Fahl ticket offices) or at the service ticket offices (Seebuck and Grafenmatt) in the ski resort, and your ticket will be printed out on the spot. However, this may involve waiting times! This process can also be completed the day before (pick-up machine opening hours: 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.).
A little tip: you can drive directly from the car park to the lift ticket offices at Grafenmatt (exit on level 4). To do this, drive to the ski bridge and cross the road to reach the Grafenmatt ticket office in just a few steps.
