  • In addition to the parking garage (1,200 spaces), there are other parking spaces available at the valley station of the Herzogenhornbahn in Fahl (only possible via the Parksterr app) or at the top of the pass. Parking on the main road as well as at the bus stops and turnarounds is not permitted according to the StVO and may result in a fine from the police or towing.

Bus parking spaces are available at the parking garage and are marked accordingly. These are operated by Saba Park.

  • In the Feldberg 2020 framework plan, paid parking management was already agreed on all public parking spaces, in the parking garage and on the pass road, when the parking garage was built. This is now being implemented with the aim of increasing the use of public transport in the future. For users of the parking garage with a ski ticket, a reduced fee of € 1.50 per hour and a maximum of € 10 will be charged. The 25% discount will now be deducted if the lift ticket has been used! More information at: https://www.sabaparking.com/de/parkplatze-feldberg/saba-parkhaus-skigebiet

Tickets

  • You can book your ski ticket conveniently via our online store. If you want to buy your ticket on site at the ticket office, you are welcome to do so - booking online is worthwhile.

  • There are two options in the online store

Key Card: In the online store there are two alternatives for this option. You can either order a new Key Card (delivery time 4 - 7 working days) or you can use an already existing Key Card (the 23-digit ID on the back of the card must start with 01), if you still have one. The Key Card offers you the great advantage that you can go directly to the slopes after booking your ticket, without having to queue at the pick-up machines or cash desks.

Pick-up Voucher: Here you will receive a QR code by e-mail after completing your purchase. You then have to scan this QR code (whether printed on paper or on your smartphone) in the ski area at one of the pick-up machines (located in the Seebuck and Grafenmatt ticket office areas) or at the service ticket offices (Seebuck, Grafenmatt, Fahl) and your ticket will be printed out directly. However, this may involve waiting times! This process can also be done the day before (opening hours pickup machines: 08:30 - 16:30).

  • The starjack account and the online ticket booking service are completely free of charge, you only pay for your ski ticket.

The only exception: if you order a personalized starjack keycard, there is a small one-time fee for production and shipping. You can find more information here.

  • Starjack accepts Visa or Mastercard (credit card), Sofort-Überweisung (Klarna), EPS (In contrast to Klarna Sofortüberweisung, with EPS-Überweisung you do not give your online banking information to a third party. The payment process is not triggered by a third party, but takes place exclusively in the online banking of the corresponding bank) as well as iDEAL (online banking for Dutch) accepted.

  • Basically, online ticket purchases cannot be rebooked or canceled. However, under certain conditions, our online store provider starjack can reverse your ticket purchase and book the ticket value as credit into your starjack account so that you can make a new booking. You can find more information about this in the starjack FAQ.

  • In case of an error message it is advisable to contact directly the support of our online store provider starjack.

SKIDATA keycards are the most commonly used ski pass data carriers and have a 23-digit ID on the back of the card, please note that this must start with "01-....". This ID and your personal details must be entered correctly when registering the keycard. Please note that a keycard registered by yourself in the online shop is also personalised and therefore non-transferable.

Alternatively, you can also purchase your Feldberg-Erlebnis-KeyCard at the ticket offices in the Feldberg ski area (€4). Please note that this remains your property and no deposit can be claimed.

  • In this case, please present your KeyCard and the receipt at one of our sales points. They will be able to find out which ticket is loaded on the card and whether it has one.
