General

  • All information on how to get to the ski resort Feldberg you will find here.

  • In addition to the parking garage (1,200 spaces), there are other parking spaces available at the valley station of the Herzogenhornbahn in Fahl (only possible via the Parkstar app) or at the top of the pass. Parking on the main road as well as at the bus stops and turnarounds is not permitted according to the StVO and may result in a fine from the police or towing.

Bus parking spaces are available at the parking garage and are marked accordingly. These are operated by Saba Park.

Further information on the parking garage and the rates can be found at: https://www.sabaparking.com/parkplatze-feldberg

  • In the Feldberg 2020 framework plan, paid parking management was already agreed on all public parking spaces, in the parking garage and on the pass road, when the parking garage was built. This is now being implemented with the aim of increasing the use of public transport in the future. For users of the parking garage with a ski ticket, a reduced fee of € 1.50 per hour and a maximum of € 10 will be charged. The parking spaces on the B317 cost € 2,- per hour or part thereof and also a maximum of € 10,-/day. In Fahl at the Herzogenhornbahn, parking spaces cost € 1.50 per hour and a maximum of € 6 per day (only possible via the Parkstar app).

  • Insert your parking ticket into the machine and then hold the ski pass for about 10-15 seconds on the yellow area below the slot. The 25% discount will now be deducted if the lift ticket has been used! More information at: https://www.sabaparking.com/de/parkplatze-feldberg/saba-parkhaus-skigebiet

  • With the season ticket of the Liftverbund Feldberg all lifts of the ski areas of the Liftverbund can be used.

In addition, the season ticket of the Liftverbund Feldberg is also accepted at the following ski lifts:

  • Information about accommodation in the Black Forest can be found here

  • In winter as well as in summer, many things are lost at the Feldberg. Found objects are usually handed in at the cash desks and from there, if they are not picked up, they go to the lost and found office of the Feldberg municipality after a few days. You can get more information here.

At https://feldberg.org/themen-bewegen/fundbuero you will find the online lost and found office. There, from now on, searchers can provide information about the lost item in just a few steps and stay up to date.

  • The operation of the chairlifts in winter and the Feldbergbahn in summer is usually stopped at a wind speed of around 58 km/h. This depends, of course, on the wind direction. However, this is of course also dependent on the wind direction. The daily updated status of the lifts and slopes in the respective ski areas of the lift association can be viewed on our website: Snow Report (feldberg-erlebnis.de).

Tickets

  • You can book your ski ticket conveniently via our online store. If you want to buy your ticket on site at the ticket office, you are welcome to do so - booking online is worthwhile.

  • There are two options in the online store

Key Card: In the online store there are two alternatives for this option. You can either order a new Key Card (delivery time 4 - 7 working days) or you can use an already existing Key Card (the 23-digit ID on the back of the card must start with 01), if you still have one. The Key Card offers you the great advantage that you can go directly to the slopes after booking your ticket, without having to queue at the pick-up machines or cash desks.

Pick-up Voucher: Here you will receive a QR code by e-mail after completing your purchase. You then have to scan this QR code (whether printed on paper or on your smartphone) in the ski area at one of the pick-up machines (located in the Seebuck and Grafenmatt ticket office areas) or at the service ticket offices (Seebuck, Grafenmatt, Fahl) and your ticket will be printed out directly. However, this may involve waiting times! This process can also be done the day before (opening hours pickup machines: 08:30 - 16:30).

  • The complete booking process including registration is explained step by step in the following video:

You can also book your tickets more conveniently with the free starjack app, which is available for download in the App Store as well as in the Google Play Store

  • The starjack account and the online ticket booking service are completely free of charge, you only pay for your ski ticket.

The only exception: if you order a personalized starjack keycard, there is a small one-time fee for production and shipping. You can find more information here.

  • Starjack accepts Visa or Mastercard (credit card), Sofort-Überweisung (Klarna), EPS / Giropay (In contrast to Klarna Sofortüberweisung, with EPS-Überweisung you do not give your online banking information to a third party. The payment process is not triggered by a third party, but takes place exclusively in the online banking of the corresponding bank) as well as iDEAL (online banking for Dutch) accepted.

  • Basically, online ticket purchases cannot be rebooked or canceled. However, under certain conditions, our online store provider starjack can reverse your ticket purchase and book the ticket value as credit into your starjack account so that you can make a new booking. You can find more information about this in the starjack FAQ.

  • In case of an error message it is advisable to contact directly the support of our online store provider starjack.
