Ski arena Spießhorn Menzenschwand - pure skiing pleasure for the whole family

Three lifts and six slopes, 80 kilometers of cross-country ski trails, 70 kilometers of winter hiking trails, a ski school with rental: The Spießhorn ski arena in Menzenschwand offers pure winter fun for the whole family. The St. Blasier ski area is located on Menzenschwand's local mountain, the 1351-meter-high Spießhorn. Easy and medium ski slopes and an FIS ski run are available for skiers and snowboarders. Fantastic views of the Black Forest village of Menzenschwand, the Spießhorn and the Herzogenhorn are offered by the cross-country ski trails and winter hiking trails. For beginners and children the ski lift Rehbach, which is covered with snow in some places, is ideal. The lifts Schwinbach (700 meters) and Mösle (572 meters) open up varied and challenging downhill runs, such as the FIS slalom course. Refreshments are available for all winter sports enthusiasts in the Schwinbach hut.

Approach by car

Coming from Waldshut via the B 500 to Häusern, continue via St. Blasien to Menzenschwand. Coming from Freiburg via the B 31 to Titisee, continue via the B 317 to Feldberg-Bärental and via the B 500 in the direction of Schluchsee. Turn right at Aha and follow the road to Menzenschwand.

From Villingen-Schwenningen via the B 31 to Titisee, continue via the B 317 to Feldberg-Bärental and via the B 500 towards Schluchsee. Turn right at Aha and follow the road to Menzenschwand.

Arrived in Menzenschwand follow the sign Skilifte.

Arrival by bus & train

Via the international Upper Rhine line Frankfurt - Basel to Freiburg. From there continue with the "Höllentalbahn" to Titisee. From Stuttgart by train to Donaueschingen, from there on to Titisee. From Titisee with the "Dreiseenbahn" in the direction of Seebrugg. From the train stations Aha, Schluchsee (summer schedule only), Seebrugg and Waldshut there is SBG line bus connection.

Stops: Menzenschwand-Vorderdorf (Rehbach) or Menzenschwand-Hinterdorf (Mösle).
